Heat-resistant coating agent | Itoria Coat
Electricity and heat have extremely low conductivity! A chemically stable coating agent!
"Ittria Coat" is a special ceramic coating agent that is resistant to ultra-high temperatures. This product protects graphite, ceramics, and metals from metals that react easily in a molten state, such as uranium, beryllium, and titanium, and functions as a lubricant at ultra-high temperatures, preventing the adhesion of molten metals and metal vapors, and facilitating release with a yttria (YO) base. It can be used to protect equipment and components in a vacuum furnace and to prevent the adhesion of molten metals and metal vapors. 【Heat Resistance Limit】 2000°C (1400°C for use with graphite) 【Features】 ■ Not reduced by hydrogen or carbon ■ Gradually reduced by magnesium ■ Extremely low electrical and thermal conductivity ■ Stable against the most reactive metals (such as beryllium and titanium) ■ Chemically stable *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
